Boat Club Lake Geneva

I recently bought a 2021 Supra from the Boathouse Marina. Brandon was my salesman and did a Supra job. He gave us a rundown of the boat and all its accessories in the showroom and took us out not once but twice before we pulled the trigger. We also got a full-day orientation on the water. Brandon was super knowledgeable, and friendly and the communication was superb. I don’t think I’d ever buy a boat from a different dealer after our experience!

I bought my boat in November at the Fort Myers boat show. I am extremely happy. Great staff, great people, great company!! It was a new venture for me and I have nothing but praise for the Boat house. They bend over backwards to make their customers happy and I believe that separates them from the rest of the firms. I’d like to thank them personally for their outreach of great support and help!

Colt was great. He showed us everything we needed and gave us all the time we needed to look and make our decision— no hard sell. Brandon was the same at closing, everything was explained, and no hard sell. They kept our boat for weeks on a lift until we were ready to take it home. Anything I’ve needed since Colt has got back to me immediately with answers and help. I am confident our relationship will continue like this and would recommend them to anyone looking for a boat they deal with.

If you are in the market for buying a boat I would highly recommend that you head to The Boat House in Port Charlotte before going anywhere else. We had the best experience ever with our sales associate, Bill Fischer. He made the whole process a pleasure, made sure we were prepared and properly equipped, and made sure we knew we could call him anytime if we ever had further questions. From the first steps onto their property to the exciting day of delivery 5 stars are not enough for this company and their team!

Jeff and his team took the time to take care of our specific needs for our boat. We were in a pinch and they got us up and running while communicating during the whole process. They gave us peace of mind and did a great job.
