The Boat House hires Travis Fraley as VP of Service Operations

The Boat House Group formally announces that Travis Fraley has joined the company to serve as its VP of Service Operations.

Cape Coral, FL. Today – Industry expert Travis Fraley will join The Boat House, LLC in the new role of VP of Service Operations. The position will provide leadership and consistency in the service and parts departments at all 7 Boat House locations by implementing organizational structure and process efficiencies.

He has a tremendous amount of industry experience and competencies with marine dealership service, parts and marina operations. Prior to accepting the position with The Boat House, Fraley held the position as National Service and Parts Manager at MarineMax, Inc. There, Fraley led the national efforts for 60+ locations to develop and support standardized processes and programs that produced increased operational efficiencies, profitability, customer growth and customer satisfaction.
