Former Chief Operating Officer Takes on Pivotal Role as TBHG Focuses on Strategic Growth and Dealership Integration 

 CAPE CORAL, FL [September 20, 2023] The Boat House Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Rick Gasaway to President, effectively immediately. With more than a decade of dedicated service and leadership, Rick’s promotion comes as part of the company’s strategic focus on growth and operational excellence. Rick Gasaway originally joined The Boat House Group in October 2009, initially serving on the Board of Directors during the inception of the business in Cape Coral. He later transitioned into a consulting role, providing vital support during a period of rapid expansion and dealership acquisition. For the past six years, Rick held the position of Chief Operating Officer, successfully managing Operations, Regional Teams, and Marketing. 

As President, Rick will concentrate on day-to-day operations and the integration of new dealerships and teams. His proven capabilities in aligning with the company’s goals and fostering team development make him an invaluable asset for this new role.
